Composite Vessels reimagine the form of a vase. A low tray holds material blocks that anchor individual stems, creating a new relationship between flora and vase.

This system of four components, available individually or as a set, arose from the experiments of More like the Weather, an exhibition held at Flùr in 2018.

The components of Composite Vessels—stoneware tray, porcelain cone, glass cylinder, anodized aluminum block—vary like the material and forms that they display.

When not in use as a vase, Composite Vessels function equally well for the organization of everyday objects.
